Kauffman Foundation
When the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation approached me for a new tagline, logo mark, and design system to promote their strategic vision, I knew this project had to get to the heart of their mission in a meaningful way. The Kauffman Foundation has a long history of empowering entrepreneurs, fostering education, and supporting workforce development. The challenge was to create a visual identity that honored their legacy while feeling modern, adaptable, and forward-thinking. Bonus: we needed to do it all in less than 48 hours. The final design needed to deliver a sense of innovation, momentum, and community while being something the Kauffman design team could build from for events, websites, and marketing materials in the years ahead. What we built is a brand identity that will support the Kauffman Foundation’s mission for years to come.
