Today is YARPP Pro launch day and our office full of balloons is saying we’re really excited about it. That and we’re a best place to work – but the balloons are definitely for our launch. Definitely.
YARPP Pro is an upgrade to the beloved Yet Another Related Posts Plugin for WordPress. In addition to a simple JavaScript implementation option, the Pro version opens up monetization, advanced reporting and cross-domain recommendation features. Best of all – it’s free. The new features are worthy of some serious celebration – so with all the balloons also comes a fresh face for the YARPP brand.
A few months ago, I updated the YARPP WordPress banner with a simple graphic that visually reflected the function and power of the plugin. Today, we released the YARPP landing page – a single-page site that embraces the idea behind the banner and expands it into a more energetic and timely brand. Built on Bootstrap 3, the site is fully responsive with some light JavaScript enhancements and a clean, simple style.
The patterns and styles of the new marketing page will pave the way for the design evolution through the YARPP dashboard, marketing materials and more. As exciting as this start is, we have even more to look forward to in the projects ahead!
